| Cricinfo may change, suspend or discontinue the applications or Games (including any part thereof) for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or part of the available content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the application or games without notice or liability. |

| Subject to your compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service, and your timely payment of all applicable fees, Cricinfo grants you a personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install and use Cricinfo Games/applications: (i) solely on the mobile communication device specified by you at the time of delivery (the "Designated Device"); (ii) solely via the mobile communications carrier specified by you at the time of delivery (the "Carrier"); and (iii) solely for your personal noncommercial use only (the "License"). |

| If the Cricinfo game/application was provided to you as part of a subscription service ("Subscription"): (1) the License is effective only during the period you remain a subscriber to such service and your Subscription is in good standing; (2) Cricinfo reserves the right to change its Subscription catalog offerings at any time without notice; and (3) you can only access Cricinfo application/game then-available in the Cricinfo Subscription catalog. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS Cricinfo application/games YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED AS PART OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IF SUCH an application/game IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN Cricinfo's THEN CURRENT GAME/application SUBSCRIPTION CATALOG. |

| Cricinfo may suspend or terminate your Subscription and access to the game/application immediately if Cricinfo determines (in its sole discretion) that you are in violation of the Terms of Services. If your Subscription is suspended or terminated pursuant to this paragraph, you will not receive any refund of any subscription fees previously charged to your account. |

| Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management. If our records indicate that you have availed the service, no refund will be offered |
